Top 10 Australian Recruitment Pages on Facebook (July, 2013)

The table below displays the 10 best performing recruitment Facebook pages of Australia. The top 10 is ranked by the average SRM Index score, over a period of 5 weeks (July, 2013). We have created a top 10 list in order to give you a clear overview of the organizations that have performed best on social media regarding recruitment during the last month.

As you can see, global organizations such as Lush (1st place), IBM (7th place) and Ernst & Young (8th place), which have created Facebook career pages specifically aimed at Australia, are included in this top 10. Even though these organizations often have a big fanbase, they still succeed in engaging and interacting with their audience. Lush for instance: they have an average Engagement Ratio of 0,71%, which is relatively speaking very high.

In addition, the presence of local organizations on social media cannot be ignored, as they score very high when it comes to the SRM Index. For example, The Australian Defence might be one of the biggest employers in Australia and their fanbase is not small either. Nevertheless, they succeed greatly in engaging with the fans as they have almost the highest average Engagement Ratio (0,67%) and they occupy the second position in the overall ranking with a SRM Index of 21,78.
