The Social Recruitment Monitor™ is a product of Maximum Employment Marketing Group Limited. We invested heavily in it and are proud of the thinking that went into it. It’s our thinking. So when we launched it on October 11, 2012, we registered it everywhere you can think of. It’s our work, our intellectual property, the only one of its kind in the world.

The data used to display information on this website is derived from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Sina Weibo and RenRen. If you like the Social Recruitment Monitor™, feel free to share it with whomever you like, wherever you like, whenever you like. No need to seek our permission. Just clearly accredit “Maximum.com” or “Maximum Employment Marketing Group” or “Social Recruitment Monitor™” and, if possible, include a link to www.socialrecruitmentmonitor.com.

However, if you copy even the general idea of listing employers and measuring their recruitment performance or activity on social media, online or offline, you’re copying our intellectual property. Which is stealing. Re-make, re-model or re-imagine any part of our work – the words, design, formulae, indices, parameters, front end, back end, etc. – and that’s stealing, too. Claim you came up with the idea first and that’s lying, which is just as bad as stealing. A system for monitoring social media recruitment and talent attraction activity and then sharing it with employers is our idea, not yours.

So if you steal or copy from us, we will name and shame you. Our international lawyers will be onto you like Rottweilers. China, Russia, the Nordics – wherever you are, they’ll bite. Our spiders crawl all over the internet, every day, checking to make sure our intellectual property remains ours.

So don’t even think about it. Instead, think up a great idea for yourself and protect it like we do.
